FCA BOARD ASSESSMENT - Southeast Coastal

As we pursue our mission to lead EVERY Coach and Athlete into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and His church, we seek to increase the leadership capacity of our ministry in our local areas through the influence and impact of our Leadership Boards. This Self-Evaluation and Board Evaluation will help us grow together as we identify, plan and train to specific areas of growth for our Board. Please provide answers to the questions below for the benefit of your Board Chair and your Director.

Our Board regularly reviews our Vision Based Staffing Plan

Our Board regularly reviews our financial reports such as the Annual Actuals Report, Red Zone Report and Staff Fully Funded Report
